The Best Coal Producer in Indonesia

International Standar Quality and Specification

For the excellence of the coal quality, we implementing a quality control system, wich is based on a systematical sampling procedure, comply with the latest international standard.

For the global market requirement, we has the coal specification to offer that low on ash and also low on sulfur content.

Our Exploration Mining method and processing:

1. Site Survey

2. Drilling

3. Lab Test and Examination

4. Mapping

5. Data input and Modelling

Our Exploitation Mining method and processing:

1. Land Clearing

2. Ripping and Digging

3. Overburden Removal

4. Coal Getting

5. Coal Transporting

6. Weighing Bridge

Our Preparation and Shipment:

1. Crushing

2. Stockpile

3. Sampling

4. Ponton Loading

5. Offshore Transhipment

Our mining operation applies an open cut mining using truck and shovel method. This method is divided into two activities: the overburden removal and the coalmining.

The overburden removal activities began with excavation of topsoil followed by digging of hard material in the mining area.

Once the topsoil is removed and carefully stored in a designated area for future restoration purpose, the hard material of overburden at lower layer is drilled.

The process continued as it is being excavated and hauled by special designed overburden truck to the backfill or disposal area.

After the overburden is totally removed and the exposed coal surface has been cleaned up, the coal mining process take place.

The mined coal is then transported to the crushing plant through 2-14 km long coal hauling road
